Catholic Schools Week at St. Francis High School

In honor of Catholic Schools Week, today St. Francis High School joins with other Catholic schools across the nation in “celebrating our community!”

A central component of the Capuchin Franciscan approach to education is learning the importance of serving others. When St. Francis students take part in required service activities—both local and beyond—they demonstrate their faith and the Franciscan virtues emphasized at St. Francis. They also learn how to make the world a better place.

As part of St. Francis’ Christian Service Program, every Golden Knight experiences direct service to the marginalized of the community and gains a greater appreciation for how they can continue to serve others their entire lives. “We encourage all members of the St. Francis family to make service to the a community a priority!”

St. Francis High School, 200 Foothill Blvd., La Cañada, (818) 790-0325 or visit www.sfhs.net.
