Chandler Students Inducted into Arts Honor Society



Chandler School introduces K-8 students to the visual arts through an exciting program that offers exceptional breadth and depth. Last week, Chandler School hosted a reception to congratulate its 17 Middle School students who were inducted into the National Junior Arts Honor Society for 2016-17.

Those students are eighth graders: Lauren Ginn – Vice President, Michelle Wong, Florian Meister, Divya Kumar, Anna Turysheva, Audrey Ma – Keeper of the Order, Arianna Stavropoulos- Keeper of the Order, Matteo Perona, Simone Cundieff- Public Relations, Taysha Kim- Secretary, and Heather Thomasian-President.

Seventh grade students included: Sophia Jasper, Amy Baum, Leo Dawson, Manya Lalwani, Josephine Tsai, Katia Stavropoulos, Cherry Li, and Maya Celis. The students’ artwork is on display in the Middle School Library throughout the month of February.
