Cultivating Wild Spaces: Poly Students Plant for Pollinators

Now in its second year, the Polytechnic Middle School Rewilding Block has expanded Wendy’s Garden, planting a vibrant new section along the northeast edge of campus on Wilson Ave. Students filled the space with native plants designed to welcome pollinators and encourage the return of wildlife. The Rewilding Block is giving students a hands-on introduction to landscaping, ecology, and sustainable plant life.
