Devan Bell ’20 is First Recipient of DowlingStrong55 Scholarship

St. Francis High School congratulates senior, Devan Bell ‘20. Devan is the first recipient of the DowlingStrong55 Scholarship. The scholarship fund was set up to honor both Kevin and Erik Dowling who played for the Golden Knights and wore #55. Kevin came back and coached for several years. St. Francis High School is proud of you, Devan!
