DonorsChoose Grant Brings New Fitness Equipment to Thurgood Marshall Secondary School

Thurgood Marshall Secondary School students will begin the new school year with new fitness and physical education equipment thanks to the generosity of donors and a matching contribution from the Bezos Family Foundation through DonorsChoose.

The grant, secured by Ms. Naganuma, provided yoga blocks, Theraband resistance bands, cones, and agility ladders that will support students as they build strength, improve agility, develop coordination, and stay active throughout the school year.

School officials expressed their appreciation for the community’s support, noting that contributions like these help Marshall Eagles thrive both in and out of the classroom.
