EF Academy Pasadena Students Gain Experiential Connection to Ideas, Concepts, and Subject Matter through Field Studies

Field study is an immersive experience where students are able to engage and learn at an off campus location. These trips are designed to relate to content they are learning in class.

This program is off to a strong start with 9 trips in September and 18 trips scheduled for October already. Trip destinations in September and October so far include Huntington Gardens and Library, Cal Tech, the Autry Museum, the California Science Center, Pasadena City Hall, the Robinson Memorial, Mission San Gabriel, Industry of Death Museum, Santa Monica Pier, and Mt. Wilson.

EF Academy Pasadena Faculty are maximizing its unique block schedule, which intentionally creates the space for field study on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday afternoons!
