Eliot Arts Magnet Academy’s ROOM 13



ROOM 13 is an international network of student-run creative studios Originating in Caol, Scotland in 1994. Room 13 has grown to provide arts learning and business enterprise skills to students at approximately 100 locations, including Scotland, Britain. Nepal, India, Hong Kong, Turkey, South Africa, and the newest in Australia in 2008-09.

Light Bringer Project launched the first two studios in America at James Foshay Learning Center in South Los Angeles and Eliot Middle School in Altadena. Light Bringer then opened its third studio at John Muir High School in 2010 and the newest Pasadena Room 13 studio, Room 13 San Rafael Elementary, was opened in the fall of this year!
