Yesterday, marked a very special day for St. Rita School’s 1st grade class as they recited their poems at the St. Rita School First Grade Poetry Festival! The poems were fun, creative, special and captured the personalities of all the young authors. Along with the beautiful writings, parents enjoyed all of the clever hats St. Rita 1st graders created to match the theme of their poems.

St. Rita School expresses its gratitude to its wonderful 1st grade teacher, Mrs. Lopez for putting the event together! And thanks the wonder parents, Mrs. Herdina and Mrs. Rodriguez who made the beautiful signs and Mrs. Loera who decorated with balloons!
