Flintridge Center Celebrates Eight Youth of Promise High School Seniors with a Drive Through Graduation

This week, Flintridge Center celebrated its eight graduating Youth of Promise high school seniors with a drive through graduation – a moment that truly encapsulated the spirit of its youth amidst this difficult time. Congratulations to the graduates!

“As we reflect on this milestone, we are so grateful to our community for your generous support during this difficult time.”

Flintridge Center address poverty and violence in two key ways. First, with prevention programs—mentoring and afterschool programs that serve more than 1,000 youth every year who are severely at-risk for dropping out of school or joining gangs. Second, its intervention programs—reentry services, apprenticeship preparation training and individualized support—assist more than 450 formerly incarcerated individuals and former gang members every year.
