For the second consecutive year, the Flintridge Preparatory School Wolves are heading back to the CIF Finals, underscoring the strength and consistency of their football program. The team will compete in the CIF 8-Man Championship on Friday, November 28, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at Murrieta Mesa High School (24801 Monroe Ave., Murrieta, CA 92562). Fans can purchase tickets through GoFan by searching “Flintridge Prep,” and those planning to attend the state CIF Cross Country Championship can find tickets on the same site by searching “CIF cross country.”

The Wolves earned their place in the championship game through an impressive postseason run. After entering the playoffs as the top seed in Division 1, they opened with a solid victory over Avalon High School in the quarterfinals. Their momentum continued into the semifinals on November 21, when they defeated Chadwick School, 28–8, securing their spot in the CIF Finals for the second straight year. This semifinal win over Chadwick was the key victory that officially punched their ticket to the championship.

With disciplined defense, a cohesive team dynamic, and a balanced offensive strategy, Flintridge Prep has demonstrated why they remain one of the premier 8-man football programs in Southern California. Friday’s championship matchup at Murrieta Mesa promises to be an exciting finish to a standout season for the Wolves as they aim to bring home a CIF title.

Murrieta Mesa High School is located at 24801 Monroe Avenue, Murrieta, CA 92562.
