Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy to Host Summer Sports Camp for Girls
Flintridge Sacred Heart offers a Summer Sports Camp for girls in the community.
This is a challenging, enjoyable and affordable opportunity to develop competence and to strive for excellence in the field of athletics. The Flintridge Sacred Heart summer sports program is open to girls, age 6-12 years. Previous athletic knowledge and experience are not necessary to attend! Teamwork, sportsmanship and fair play are fundamental to the philosophy that guides the program. The ratio of students to coaches is 10:1, so that each individual receives the personal supervision and attention to her progress in sports knowledge and skills.
Summer 2023 Dates:
Week 1: June 19 – June 23 – $300
Week 2: June 26 – June 30 – $300
Week 3: July 3 – July 7 (off July 4th)- $240
Week 4: July 10 – July 14 – $300
Details:
Drop off at 8:45 to 9 a.m. in our gym
Pick up at 2:30 in our gym.
Campers need to bring: bathing suit, towel, flip flops, water bottle, sunscreen, hat & goggles. They can come daily in their shorts, t-shirt & tennis shoes. They will get juice & fruit at break

Monday – Chicken Tenders & fries
Tuesday -Pizza & grapes
Wednesday -Turkey subs, chips & cookies
Thursday – Mac n Cheese & Orange wedges
Friday – Hot Dogs, tater tots & apples

VOLLEYBALL CAMP
Flintridge Sacred Heart’s summer volleyball camps are designed for elementary and junior high students with any skill level. Our camps host many future varsity and collegiate players. Campers gain knowledge of the game and learn new skills to take with them as they continue to evolve and grow as volleyball athletes. Our gym is fully air conditioned!
Summer 2023 Middle School & Younger Volleyball Camp Dates | $200/camp
Camp 1: June 12-16 – Afternoon
1 p.m. – 4 p.m. (early drop-off at 12:30 p.m.)
Camp 2: June 19-23 – Afternoon
1 p.m. – 4 p.m. (early drop-off at 12:30 p.m.)
Camp 3: July 17-21 – Morning
9 p.m. – noon (early drop-off at 8:30 a.m.)
Camp 4: July 24-28 – Morning
9 a.m. – 12 p.m. (early drop-off at 8:30 a.m.)
Camp 5: July 31- August 4 – Morning
9 a.m. – 12 p.m. (early drop-off at 8:30 a.m.)
Pick-up, Drop-Off & What to Bring:
Volleyball Camp: Drop off/Pick by the gym. Need to bring the following: come in shorts & tennis shoes, knee pads & water bottle

JUNIOR BASKETBALL CAMP
Junior Basketball Camp | $200 per session
Emphasis at the Flintridge Junior Basketball Camp will be on instruction and the development of players’ skills. The non-stop activity will include skills practice, skills contests and game play. With the help of the Flintridge Sacred Heart girls basketball team as assistant coaches, campers will often be getting one-on-one assistance with skills development.
