Blair High School congratulates Andrew Washington who was awarded 2nd place in the Fourth Annual Dewey Merrill Entrepreneurial Awards of Excellence sponsored by the Altadena Rotary. Andrew is a member of the Culinary and Hospitality Academy. The business plan competition was sponsored by Rotary International District 5300 of Altadena.
