Fun Fall Events for Kids in Southern California



The holidays may be slowly approaching, but there’s still time to enjoy fall in Southern California! Even though Halloween is over, there’s plenty of seasonal fun to be had. If you’re crunched for time and can’t plan a fun STEM-related autumn activity on your own, don’t worry. There are all sorts of fun fall events and community events going on at each Stratford School location in Southern California. Check them out below!

Altadena Allen
Kindergarten Overview – Altadena
8:30 am on November 12, 2019

Stratford School Altadena Allen location offers Stratford programs from Preschool through Third Grade. If your little one is set to start kindergarten soon, join us at our Kindergarten Overview event on Tuesday, November 12th, at 8:30 am! You can meet our wonderful kindergarten teachers, Ms. Minje and Ms. Yanez, and learn about our STEM and STEAM infused curriculum.

Mandarin Storytime and Playdate
3:30 pm on November 19, 2019

This fall, we’re launching two new specialty programs at Altadena: Mandarin Bilingual Preschool and Early Preschool. Learn more about our new Mandarin Bilingual program at this event on Tuesday, November 19th. Our toddlers and preschoolers will sing songs, read stories in Mandarin and English, and celebrate Chinese culture!

Los Angeles Melrose
Fall Playdate
10:00 am on November 12th, 2019

It’s a fall celebration at our Los Angeles campus on Melrose! On Tuesday, November 12th, join other Stratford families for a special fall playdate. We’ll explore and learn all about the season of pumpkins, changing colors, and falling leaves. Your kiddo will get to sing songs, participate in storytime, and make an autumn-inspired craft.

Can’t make it to this Stratford School campus? Check out our West Los Angeles location that’s just around the corner from Stoner Park! Our West Los Angeles facility offers Preschool through Transitional Kindergarten classes.
