Get to Know Pasadena Christian School

What are your deepest desires for your children? What sort of men and women do you hope they will be when they grow up? How will your choice of school help or hinder them in that development? Do their teachers want the same things for your children as you do? In other words, is their education aligned with the vision you have for their future?

Celebrating 70 years, Pasadena Christian School holds the vision for students to be life-long learners and productive citizens by living biblical principles, showing exemplary character and academic accomplishment. Serving students from preschool to eighth grade, PCS has a diverse student body with a focus on academics and character development. Graduates are accepted to the top private high school choices in the San Gabriel Valley. All PCS teachers are credentialed professionals, several with graduate degrees, who have a personal relationship with Christ and serve as positive examples to their students.

Pasadena Christian School aims to lead student to know the love of God and to reflect that love by showing compassion and kindness to one another. Students appreciate the similarities that bond them instead of seeing the differences that separate them. In addition to a nurturing environment, students at PCS enjoy an enriched environment that includes athletics, music, theater, computer and a dedicated art studio and science center. There are opportunities to strengthen public speaking and performance skills by participating in annual poem parties, instrumental and choral performances, theatrical events, and the science fair. Students also have opportunities to compete in a spelling bee, speech tournament, math Olympics, and piano festival.
