Immaculate Heart Middle & High School Welcoming Transfer Students in the Wake of Recent Fires

In response to the recent devastating fires across Los Angeles, Immaculate Heart Middle & High School is offering support by accepting transfer students who have been impacted by the crisis.

The school is committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for students in need of a stable educational setting during this challenging time.

“Our hearts go out to all those affected by the fires,” said Karlyn Johnson Brown, Director of Admissions at Immaculate Heart High School. “We recognize the hardships that families are facing, and our school is ready to offer a place of support and community for students in need.”

In addition to supporting transfer students, members of the Immaculate Heart student body are taking action to help those on the front lines and those in need. One student, Eva Palmeri, has organized a meal delivery service to a local firehouse to show gratitude for the brave firefighters who have worked tirelessly to protect lives and property.

Meanwhile, other students have come together to collect donations and essential resources to support families displaced by the fires. From clothing and toiletries to household items, the school is coordinating efforts to ensure that these resources reach those who need them most.

Immaculate Heart Middle & High School remains steadfast in its commitment to the well-being of students and families. For more information on transferring or supporting these efforts, please visit immaculateheart.org.
