Join the Marshall Fundamental Bike Train!

Bike to School Every Tuesday and Thursday!

Day One, PUSD and the City of Pasadena are working together to support a Safe Routes to School bike train at Marshall Fundamental School. What is a Bike Train? Bicycle train, in which adults supervise students riding their bikes to school.

New Start Location: McDonald Park (Southeast Corner) – Led by Marshall’s Ms. Folgate certified bike safety instructors/ride leaders on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Meet up Time: 7:30 a.m. and Departure Time is at 7:40 a.m.

A Bike Train is a safe and fun way for children to get physical activities as they travel to school with adult supervision. Each “train” rides along a set route with one or more adults leading it, picking children up at designated stops along a predetermined route, and biking with them to school. A variation on the Bike Train is Walking School Bus, in which adults supervise children walking to school.
