La Canada High School Announce Physical Education Opportunities for After School CIF Athletes and Elite Athletes



La Canada High School (LCHS) recently announced Physical Education Opportunities for after school CIF Athletes and Elite Athletes. LCHS Students will find a detailed description of requirements, expectations and procedures to participate in as indicated below:

8th Period Physical Education (9th – 12th): La Canada High School in its continuous effort to meet the needs of all of our students has recently decided on some changes to students participating in after-school CIF athletics. These sports include: Boys and Girls Tennis, Volleyball, Cross Country, Golf, Soccer, Track and Field, and Girl’s Lacrosse.

Elite Athletes Physical Education (9th – 12th): The purpose of Elite Athlete Program is to provide options for elite athletes to engage in alternative pathways for which they can receive physical education credit towards graduation.

Based on various requirement students may qualify to participate in one of the above two classes.
