La Salle’s CARLOW Center for Medical Innovation Blessing and Opening Ceremony

On Wednesday, November 2nd, La Salle College Preparatory hosted a blessing and opening ceremony for the CARLOW Center for Medical Innovation, generously funded by the Carrico Family Foundation. Guests were able to tour the CARLOW Center for Medical Innovation and learn more about the virtual facilities and equipment that will be offered to students.

With its state-of-the-art 3D Antomage table, students can learn and visualize human anatomy at the highest level. The Center also has high-end scanners and 3D printers to engineer and produce prosthetic arms, legs, hands, and feet. With this technology, we hope to work with Shriners, Wounded Warriors, and local homeless organizations to create prosthetics to improve the lives of those in need.
