Maranatha High School Math Contest Winners

Maranatha High School recently participated in the annual American Mathematics Competition sponsored by the Mathematical Association of America. Congratulations to the many students who participated! A special honor goes to the top three students in the Upper Division (AMC 12) test: 1st place Crystal (Yue) Huang, 2nd Egyn Zhu, and 3rd Tommy (Zihao) Qu; as well as the top three in the Lower Division (AMC 10) test: 1st place Tony (Zhe) Wang, 2nd Jordan Flores, and 3rd Martin Wei.

Of the 400,000+ students nationwide who took the test, Crystal Huang was also recognized as one of approximately 10,000 students to qualify to take the American Invitational Mathematics Exam. Congratulations!
