Maranatha High School’s Black Student Union to Hold Peaceful Protest



Maranatha High School’s Black Student Union (BSU) is hosting a peaceful protest to take place this Friday, June 12, in response to the senseless deaths of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and so many more.

The BSU has organized the protest which will begin at the corner of Fair Oaks and Del Mar at 12:00 pm on Friday. The group plans to walk through Old Town, ending up at City Hall where they will pray for the City of Pasadena. Attendees are invited to bring a sign, wear a face mask and wear black clothes if possible.
