Maranatha’s Homestay Program is Looking for Host Families!

Would you like to make a difference in the life of an international student?

The Maranatha Homestay Program is looking for Christian families who live in Pasadena and the surrounding cities (30 minutes or less drive from school). All that is required is to:

• Provide transportation for students to and from school and extracurricular activities.
• Provide a bedroom for each student and designated bathroom (if hosting more than 1 student, the students can share a bathroom).
• Possibility of hosting more than 1 student if there are available bedrooms.
• Provide three meals a day (most students buy lunch at school).
• Monitor student’s academic progress.

A stipend of $1,400 per month, per student, is provided. You may be eligible to host more than one student if you have available bedrooms.

As host parents, you will be in a unique position to share the love of Christ with students. Do not miss this opportunity to make a positive impact in a student’s life! Please prayerfully consider and if interested, contact International Student Homestay Coordinator Angeline Chew at a_chew@mhs-hs.org or (626) 817-4022.

Maranatha High School, 169 S. St. John Avenue, Pasadena, (626) 817-4000 or visit www.maranathahighschool.org.
