Maranatha’s Science Club Excels at 2024 SeaPerch Internationals, Secures 7th Place Overall

Maranatha High School’s Science Club excelled at the 2024 SeaPerch Internationals held at the University of Maryland! Competing against over 170 schools, including teams from Egypt, China, New Zealand, and the UAE, the three-time Regional Champions secured 7th place overall in the High School Stock Class. Notable achievements include a 2nd place finish in the Obstacle Course, missing 1st place by just one second, and an 11th place in the Mission Course. Congratulations to the team members: Matthew Moon ’24 (Captain), Eli Su ’24, Jeremy Ng ’25, Shaurya Bhartia ’25, Kaylee Lam ’26, Harrison Tang ’26, Spencer Wang ’26, Daniel Wang ’24, and Leo Liu ’24.
