Maranatha’s Spring Musical “Beauty and the Beast”



Be Maranatha’s guest and enjoy the enchanting tale of love and beauty that transcends provincial life. Maranatha High School Performing Arts will present Beauty and the Beast on March 10-12 in the spectacular Ambassador Auditorium.

Step into the enchanted world of Broadway’s classic, Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, an international sensation that has been produced in 37 countries worldwide. Based on the Academy Award-winning animated feature, the stage version includes all of the wonderful songs written by Alan Menken and the late Howard Ashman, along with new songs by Mr. Menken and Tim Rice. The original Broadway production ran for over thirteen years and was nominated for nine Tony Awards, including Best Musical.

This “tale as old as time” is filled with spectacular costumes and sets. Simply put, Disney’s Beauty and the Beast is family theater at its best. Tickets are on sale now at the school’s online box office HERE. With only four performances, you’ll want to get your tickets soon!
