Mardi Gras Magic at Saint Mark’s School

Saint Mark’s School celebrated Mardi Gras in joyful fashion with a spirited all-school parade that brought the entire campus together. Students and teachers filled the spacious auditorium, waving colorful pennons, vibrant ribbon streamers, festive Mardi Gras buntings, and wide yellow ribbons as lively trumpet music set the tone for the celebration. Faculty members joined in the fun, dancing alongside students and encouraging everyone to embrace the festive energy of the day.

The event captures a sea of bright colors, smiling faces, and coordinated waves of ribbons moving to the rhythm of classic Mardi Gras tunes. Laughter and music echoed throughout the campus as the school community celebrated together in true New Orleans–inspired style. The parade served as a joyful reminder of the power of school spirit and shared traditions to bring students and staff together.
