Marshall Fundamental Middle School Students Step Into History as Junior Docents

Marshall Fundamental Middle School’s Junior Docents are preparing to embark on their exciting journey as tour guides at two of Pasadena’s cherished landmarks, the Pasadena History Museum and The Gamble House. These dedicated 7th and 8th-grade students underwent extensive training earlier this semester through the Junior Docent Program.

Now, they are ready to showcase their knowledge and skills by leading elementary school classes on engaging and educational tours of these historic sites. Faculty and staff have expressed their admiration for the students’ hard work and enthusiasm, with one teacher noting, “We are so proud of these students and their commitment to preserving and sharing Pasadena’s rich history.”
