Mayfield Junior School 7th Graders Ready for their First Tour

After weeks of preparation, Mayfield Junior School (MJS) 7th graders led their first official tours as Junior Docents at the Fenyes Mansion on the grounds of the Pasadena Museum of History. The Fenyes Mansion is a treasure trove of furniture and artifacts that offer a glimpse of design, style and culture in Pasadena’s history. Once a month throughout the year the docents will take elementary age student groups back in time to learn about what etiquette, fashion and daily life were like over a century ago. This is the third year Mayfield Junior School students have participated in the Junior Docent Program.
