Mayfield Junior School: Got E-Waste?

Mayfield Junior School (MJS) students are serious about recycling. The fifth graders collect and sort the middle school paper and all plastic, glass, and aluminum weekly and with the help of their parents and teachers get everything on its way to a new life at the Caltech Recycling Center.

MJS third graders take care of the lower school paper recycling and have created a Green Team to promote conservation on campus. So for those who are serious about recycling, why not join Mayfield Junior School students in making a difference by bringing those retired electronics taking up space in one’s garage or closet to MJS E-Waste Collection event this Saturday, January 10, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. It is open to the community!
