Partnerships That Inspire at Washington Elementary

Special shoutout goes to the Boys & Girls Club of Pasadena and the Villa Parke Youth Soccer League for joining Washington Elementary STEM Magnet’s Thoughtful Thursday. The Boys & Girls Club, serving more than 2,000 local youth each year, continues to extend hands-on learning and mentorship beyond the classroom. Villa Parke’s Youth Soccer League, a long-standing program through Pasadena Parks & Recreation, engages young athletes while promoting teamwork and healthy activity. Washington Elementary STEM Magnet uses Thoughtful Thursday to connect its STEM-focused curriculum with real community partners who enrich students’ learning experiences. Together, these collaborations strengthen student curiosity, well-being, and community connection across Pasadena.
