Pasadena High School Students Probe the California Mojave Desert’s Ecosystem Food Web



Looking back at one of the Pasadena High School lab’s completed earlier this semester by the students in Mr. Lambert’s AP Environmental Science classes. The students were graphing the California Mojave Desert’s ecosystem food web. California Mojave Desert is located in the southwestern of the United Stated and is composed of several valleys including the Death Valley, Pahrump Valley, Amargosa Valley, the Las Vegas Valley and other surrounding areas… Delicate ecosystem comprised of producers and consumers to make up a complex food web to show how energy is passed from one animal to another.
