Pasadena High School Track & Field Competes at Arcadia Meet

Pasadena High School’s varsity track and field team took to the track at Arcadia High School on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, competing against a strong field of San Gabriel Valley programs. The early-season meet provided Pasadena athletes with an important opportunity to test their conditioning and build momentum as the spring season progresses. Competing at Arcadia—one of the region’s most respected track venues—added an extra level of intensity and prestige to the evening’s events.

Several Pasadena athletes turned in notable performances across sprint events, highlighted by strong finishes and personal records. In the 100 meters, Tyler Knight clocked a solid 12.13, while Kelan Adams followed closely with a 12.18, earning a personal best (PB) in Heat 1. Adams continued his strong showing in the 200 meters, posting a time of 24.89—another personal best in Heat 2. In the 400 meters, Levi Ballou delivered a standout performance with a time of 52.55 (PB, Heat 1), while teammate Wanhsing Wang finished just behind at 52.79, also securing a personal best in the same heat. These results reflect both individual progress and the team’s growing competitiveness early in the season. For more results, visit https://live.athletic.net/meets/64061.

As Pasadena High continues its 2026 campaign, performances like these signal promising development and depth within the sprint squad. Early meets such as this one are key for establishing benchmarks, refining race strategy, and building confidence heading into more competitive invitationals and league finals. With multiple athletes already achieving personal bests, Pasadena’s track and field program appears well-positioned to build on this momentum in the weeks ahead.
