Pasadena High School’s Nuclear Nonproliferation Club Travels to Japan to Present at an International Student Nuclear Disarmament Conference in Hiroshima, Japan



The Pasadena High School Nuclear Nonproliferation Club (PHSNNC) traveled to Hiroshima, Japan to present at an International Student Nuclear Disarmament Conference in Hiroshima, Japan. This year marks the 70th anniversary of the dropping of the atomic bomb on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Two students (Amadea T. and Kyle E.) from Pasadena High School and Assistant Principal Andrew King (Club Advisor) represented Pasadena High School and the United States at this important conference. Another PHS student, Scott L., played a critical part in the PHSNNC project, but was unfortunately unable to attend the conference.
