Pasadena Waldorf School Welcomes Class of 2036 with Heartfelt Rose Ceremony

Welcome to the grades, Pasadena Waldorf School’s Class of 2036! Under bright blue skies, the entire school community gathered on the first day of school for the Rose Ceremony to welcome students in Mrs. Campbell’s 1st grade class to the grades. This Waldorf education tradition marks a beautiful rite of passage: the school’s oldest students, the 12th grade seniors, welcomed the youngest children into the grades with a rose. At the Rose Ceremony at the end of the school year in June, the 1st graders will give a rose to the graduating seniors as they end their Waldorf journey to begin the next chapter of their lives.
