Perspective Drawing at Pasadena Waldorf School

In the 7th grade, Pasadena Waldorf School (PWS) students are introduced to perspective drawing. The challenge of creating two-dimensional drawings from three-dimensional shapes enables students to learn the application of geometric laws and accompanying artistic skill to draw what they see in a scientific and precise way. Geometry has immediate practical value. To make an accurate drawing of a house or an interior space of a room, for example, requires perspective constructions. At PWS, 7th graders began this school year learning this important skill.

Whenever your student is learning, PWS delivers. Learn more about Pasadena Waldorf School at www.pasadenawaldorf.org.
