Poly’s Black Imagination Event in Pictures

Polytechnic School’s Black Family Affinity Group transformed the campus for the recent “Black Imagination” event, building upon the K-12 affirmations of Black identity and its intersections with arts, culture, and education. The event featured keynote speaker Jamar Root, performances by SunWhoaLove and Rebekah Denegal, local Black-owned businesses, including Popcorn Heaven of California, and catering by Chef Mike. Check out our joyful photos, including live performances, arts and crafts, and community building.
