PUSD, PasadenaLEARNs Summer Programs Keep Students Learning, Active and Engaged

Summer is in full swing with PasadenaLEARNs and PUSD’s partner programs! Our Expanded Learning 2026 Summer Programs are buzzing with energy as students dive into academics, build community, splash into swimming, explore athletics and enrichment, and set off on full-day field trip adventures. Across multiple program locations, we are serving Transitional Kindergarten (TK)-12 grade students with experiences that make this summer one to remember.

PasadenaLEARNs’ Adventure Academies are thriving at five sites, offering a comprehensive 30-day program packed with learning and fun, while Extended Care programs partner with school-based and Pasadena Educational Foundation (PEF) morning programs to keep the enrichment and excitement going all day long. Team PUSD is bringing the heat with five weeks of student-athlete focused activities, now featuring band, yoga, and track for the first time this summer! Specialized programs are also offered, including Special Education’s Extended School Year, Summer Enrichment with PEF, Freedom School, Harambee Summer Academy, SKILLZ, Credit Recovery, High School Summer Bridge, and school-based programs. Together, these summer programs are helping students stay active, build confidence, and head into the new school year ready to succeed.
