Ramona Convent’s Peace and Justice Society Human Trafficking Virtual Assembly

Members of the Ramona Convent Peace and Justice Society, one of the most active clubs on campus, help educate the student body on local and global social justice topics. Last week, they completed their biggest project of the year and prepared a video for their schoolwide virtual Human Trafficking assembly.

In hopes of educating the external community on one of the Sisters of the Holy Names (SNJM) corporate stands, they would like to share their presentation with you: https://youtu.be/zAL8CDD77TI

Social justice is an important element of Ramona’s curriculum both inside and outside the classroom. In addition to the social justice course that is part of the Theology Department curriculum, each grade level has a unique social justice curricular focus.
