San Marino High School’s Titan Marching Band & Colorguard Places First in Los Altos Field Tournament – 3A Red Division

Congratulations to the Titan Marching Band & Colorguard for placing 1st in the 3A Red division at the Los Altos Field Tournament on Saturday Nov. 5. They placed first in the Music Performance, Music Effect, and Visual Effect subcategories, and second in Visual Performance. Colorguard placed 3rd in our division and percussion placed first.

At the Savanna Field Tournament, held on Saturday Nov. 12, the Band placed first in every sub-category and earned the Sweepstakes Awards in Music Performance, Visual Performance, and Percussion.

The Marching Band has qualified for SCSBOA 3A Championships, which will be held at Aliso Niguel High School on Saturday Nov. 19.

Auditions for the award-winning Winter Colorguard will be held the week beginning Tuesday, November 29 through Friday, December 2 from 3:30-5:30 p.m. Meet in the Music Room. Attendance is required for the full week of auditions. For more info, contact Mr. de la Vega in Room 606.
