There are a myriad of reasons why a visit to the Joshua Tree National Park should be a part of one’s summer adventure. It is one of the highlights of Sequoyah’s Summerhouse! The Joshua Tree National Park has some of the best hiking in the California desert. The Indian Canyons has more than 100 miles of hiking and horse trails, ancient palm groves, panoramic vistas and a huge, 60-foot seasonal waterfall, making it a feast for the eyes at every turn. There’s Ryan Mountain, which offers a panoramic overview of Joshua Tree’s famous rock formations, and Warren Peak. It is not just a visit but a well-deserved educational experience as well!
