Sequoyah Students and Alums’ Mural Making with NY Artist Eugene O’Neil

Sequoyah students and alums spent last week mural making with NY artist, Eugene O’Neill @mixingthemedicine, and outdoor educator, LeeMichael (Krieger@soulstainable). The artwork they created celebrates the ongoing reforestation work @soulstainable is doing in Ecuador. @mixingthemedicine & @soulstainable seek to use art as a catalyst for positive change in the local community as well as in the wider world. A special thank you to Sequoyah parent, Peter Grousbeck @dangerbirdrecords, for donating the wall. You can find the mural on the corner of Sunset BLVD and Lucille Ave in Silverlake.
