Service – An Integral Part of the Lasallian Community

“Service is an integral part of who we are as a Lasallian community.” Last week, La Salle College Prep school came together with overwhelming generosity to collect items to distribute to local organizations in honor of Catholic Schools Week. Donations of new and used stuffed animals were sent to the Children’s Hospital LA and the Humane Society. Farmworkers received donations of new socks, while Union Station received gently used blankets. Food donations will be distributed to Friends in Deed and St. Andrew’s Parish Food Pantry. A collection of used books for middle school students will be donated to the Ronald McDonald House in Pasadena. La Salle thanks everyone who donated last week and stay tuned for more service opportunities!
