Congratulations to The Gooden School’s seventh-grader, Alden Koskoff, for being the school’s National Geographic Bee champion. This is an annual competition organized by the National Geographic Society, designed to inspire and reward students’ curiosity about the world. Students from 10,000 schools across the United States are competing in the 2017 National Geographic Bee for a chance to win college scholarships and the honor of being the National Geographic Bee Champion.

School champions who qualify for the State Bee will be notified in early March. Good luck to Alden!
