Sixth Graders Explore Pasadena on Annual Walking Tour Led by Poly Students

Poly students led the way during the annual sixth-grade Pasadena Walking Tour! In preparation for the field trip, classes researched local landmarks and served as tour guides for advisory groups. The students took to the streets on foot and via Pasadena transit buses. Thank you to Sixth-Grade Dean Katie Ward and all of the chaperones for making this exploration possible.

The experience allowed students to connect classroom learning with real-world history, architecture, and civic spaces throughout Pasadena. By taking on leadership roles, Poly students gained confidence in guiding peers while deepening their own understanding of the city.
