South Pasadena High School Sports Med Students Visit Dignity Health Sports Park

Forty-eight (48) students who are part of the South Pasadena High School (SPHS) Sports Medicine classes visited Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, Calif late last year. Students met with an LA Galaxy athletic trainer who discussed working at the pro level and led tours of the LA Galaxy locker room and the athletic training/sports medicine facility. The students were able to connect their classroom learning experiences to practices used by one of Major League Soccer’s original clubs and also explored the stadium field during their trip.
