South Pasadena High School Varsity Football Team Triumphs Over Monrovia in Exciting Color Day Victory

On Friday, October 3, 2025, South Pasadena High School’s Varsity Boys Football team delivered an unforgettable performance during their annual Color Day game, edging out the Monrovia High School Wildcats in a thrilling 23–21 victory.
Played under the bright lights and spirited atmosphere of Ray Solari Stadium, the matchup kept fans on the edge of their seats from start to finish. Both teams showcased impressive skill and determination, but it was the Tigers who ultimately prevailed, fueled by strong defensive plays and key offensive drives in the closing minutes of the game.
Color Day, a long-standing South Pasadena tradition, celebrates school pride and unity, drawing students, alumni, and families together to cheer for their Tigers. The victory made the night even more memorable as the crowd erupted in celebration when the final whistle blew.
