South Pasadena Unified School District Welcomes New Teachers
On Monday, August 12, 2024, South Pasadena Unified School District (SPUSD) welcomed 13 new certificated staff members during a New Teacher Orientation held at the District Office boardroom.
SPUSD Board President Karissa Adams, along with Superintendent Geoff Yantz and the District leadership team, extended a warm welcome to the new educators. The orientation and training, led by Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources Judy Correnti and Administrator of Programs and Personnel Services Katy Nielsen, included team building activities to help them prepare and to provide motivation for the school year.
Welcome new South Pasadena Unified teachers! We look forward to seeing everyone on the first day of school on August 14, 2024.
