Southwestern Academy Students’ “Reset Wednesday” Trip

Southwestern Academy students love a good hike! Last week’s “Reset Wednesday” trip, hosted by Ms. Ruiz was a blast! Students took a hike up in Eaton Canyon and made it to the waterfall. After a cold swim, they headed back down for lunch. Short trips like these are a great way to reboot a busy homeschooling week, get out of the school or house when everyone has cabin fever, and get to know about the local area a little more. And a hike to the popular Eaton Canyon Nature Center is a good hike while learning so many things about flora and fauna. The students expresses its thanks to Ms. Ruiz and Ms. Jacobs for a fun day.
