St. Francis Business Program Welcomes Commercial Real Estate Leader

St. Francis High School’s Personal Finance and Business Program was fortunate to host guest speaker, Geoffrey Arrobio ‘87 from Mathews Capital Markets on Tuesday afternoon. Mr. Arrobio talked about what he does in his role as First Vice President of Mathews Capital Markets, how he underwrites a commercial real estate asset using cash flow analysis, the metrics used to garner a loan amount and his lens for looking at overall economic trends and stock investing.

Mr. Arrobio has decades of experience in the commercial real estate business and, prior to Mathews Capital Markets, worked at Johnson Capital, Walker & Dunlop, Community Bank in Pasadena, JLL and Bearn Stearns & Company. Mr. Arrobio belongs to multiple affiliations and non-profit boards and has a B.S. in Real Estate and International Finance from USC.
