St. Francis High School Participates in Simi Valley Invitational

St. Francis High School congratulates its Golden Knights who represented the school at the Simi Valley Invitational! These three student-athletes had a great day, one that included 5 PRs and 6 medals!

Here are some highlights from their collective 7 events:

Dario Rock ‘22: Achieved another 110HH Southern Section division leading time and Simi Valley Meet record (14.82s); PR in 300H as well.

Andrew Howard ‘22: PRs in 100 (11.19, only .29s away from school record) and 200 (23.09), shaving off a full second from his previous best.

Milo Orona ‘22: PRs and two silver medals in High Jump and his very first Shotput competition!
