St. Monica Academy’s 7th-8th Grade Science Fair



St. Monica Academy’s annual 7th-8th grade Science Fair took place on Tuesday, March 11th in Ross Chapel. The students did a great job, with many interesting projects and attractive display boards. Topics included tsunami speed, light absorption, oral bacteria, the ballistic pendulum, the Gauss rifle, heat insulation, botany, and electromagnetic induction.

The winners of the Science Fair were Liberty Crisp and Claire Boldt. Clement Decker was awarded second place and Emiliano Freymann, third place. Congratulations to all of St. Monica Academy’s contestants for their diligent and creative work. Special thanks are extended to Mr. Bertotti who organized the fair, and to Messrs.
