St. Philip First Graders Strengthen Faith and Bond at Enriching Retreat

Recently, the 1st graders at St. Philip the Apostle School in Pasadena, CA, participated in a special retreat designed to enrich their spiritual growth and foster a deeper connection with Jesus. The retreat featured a variety of engaging activities that encouraged the young students to reflect on their faith and strengthen their bond with one another.

These activities included interactive lessons, prayer sessions, and creative projects that helped the children understand the teachings of Jesus in a fun and meaningful way. The retreat also aimed to prepare the students for the transition to 2nd grade, ensuring they carry forward the values and lessons learned into the next phase of their education. Through this retreat, the 1st graders not only grew closer to Jesus but also developed a stronger sense of community and support among their peers.
